We do not accept returns on patterns, needles, or books. Returns are accepted on yarn ONLY in its original
condition within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt or packing slip. WE CHARGE A 10%
RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS. You must ship via UPS or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and
the package must be insured for the purchase price. Return shipping costs are not covered by Ewe Need Yarn
When you place your order, please remember that colors on your computer monitor may not reproduce exactly
due to varying monitor settings. We spend a great deal of time with our photography, to make sure our
colors are as accurate as possible on our monitors. That said, we have no way of knowing what the colors
will look like on your monitor, and we cannot be responsible for that.
To return an item, please email our Customer Support Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#.)
We will not accept a return on any item without an RA#. Once you contact us, we will give you further
instructions via email.
